1 cup of frozen or canned fruit (in unsweetened syrup or fruit juice)
1 cup of nonfat milk or yogurt (plain or vanilla flavored)
Ice
 
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Mix, pour and enjoy!
 
Tips:
  • For a fulfilling snack or to substitute a meal, add one scoop of vanilla GlycoSlim meal replacement drink mix.
  • Ice can be omitted if using frozen fruit.
  • Puree your own fresh fruit mix and freeze it as ice cubes to use in your shake.
  • Be sure to look for low-fat, non-fat or low calorie milk and yogurt options.

Chocolate Mint Shake

1 cup non fat milk
Splash of peppermint extract

Directions:

  • A “splash” of extract is a little more than a drop, but less than a capful. More or less can be used based on individual taste preference.
  • A natural or low-calorie cocoa can be used in place of GlycoSlim meal replacement drink mix.

  • Avoid canned fruits that come in syrup. Look for ones that are canned in juice.

 

Chocolate Almond

1cup non-fat milk or yogurt (plain or vanilla)
Splash of almond extract
Ice

Vegetable Dip (single serving)

2 scoops of OsoLean™ powder
A sprinkle of Ranch Original Dip Mix or Fiesta Dip Mix
3 Tbsp low-fat or non-fat sour cream (according to dip mix package directions)

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Stir until well blended. Serve immediately or chilled with raw veggies.
 
Tips:
  • Be sure to look for low-fat or non-fat sour cream.
  • You can also use plain nonfat yogurt or cottage cheese
  • Add red bell peppers and scallions for extra crunch and yumminess!
  • Use this as a spread instead of mayo for your turkey wrap or grilled chicken sandwich
  • Got a large party? Mix the entire package (or several packages) and sour cream  according to package directions. Add two scoops of OsoLean powder per person, mix well, enjoy the party, and get lean* at the same time!
